Billing and Plans

1 min de leitura5 de abr. de 2026

Billing is three pages — Plan & Subscription, Payment Methods and Billing History — and all of it is backed by Stripe, so CrafterBy never stores your card details.

Plan & Subscription

  • A status badge: Active, Trial, Past Due, Canceled or Free.
  • Your plan's name, price and renewal date.
  • Resource Usage — used/limit for Members, Materials, Products, Machines, Contacts and Templates. A cell turns amber near the limit and red at it.
  • Available Plans with a Monthly/Yearly toggle; each card's button reads Current Plan, Upgrade, Downgrade or Unavailable.

Prices appear in your own market's currency automatically, resolved from your organization's billing country. There is no manual currency selector.

Changing plan

SituationWhat happens
Upgrade with no subscriptionAn embedded Stripe checkout opens in a dialog — no redirect.
Upgrade or downgrade while subscribedThe plan swaps in place and reconciles when Stripe's webhook lands.
Downgrade to FreeA paid subscription stays active until the end of the period, then becomes Free.

Payment Methods

Open Billing Portal takes you to Stripe to add, remove or update cards. There is no in-app card form by design.

Billing History

Past invoices with date, amount and a status badge — Paid, Open, Void or Failed — plus Download PDF and View Invoice. Search filters by invoice id or description.

Known display quirk: the Total Paid summary is prefixed with R$ regardless of your actual currency. Each individual invoice shows its own correct currency — treat the summary's number as right even when the symbol looks wrong.
